Our MOQ starts from 5,000 units for most products. For custom printed orders, the minimum is typically 10,000 units to amortize plate costs. Contact us for specific product MOQs.
Do you provide samples before a full order?
Yes, we provide physical samples for your approval before production begins. Digital proofs are provided free of charge. Physical samples may have a nominal fee that is refunded on your first order.
What is your typical lead time?
Standard lead time is 15–21 working days from artwork approval. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on capacity — contact us to discuss your timeline.
Can you match our specific Pantone colors?
Yes. We use industry-standard Pantone color matching with spectrophotometric verification. For critical brand colors, we recommend a color proof approval step before full production.
Are your materials food-safe and FDA compliant?
