By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

• These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the iFlex website.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or acting on behalf of a registered business, to place an order.
• Use of our website for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.

iFlex provides custom printing and packaging solutions. All orders are subject to the following conditions:

• Order confirmation: An order is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from iFlex and a deposit or full payment has been received.
• Artwork & specifications: You are responsible for supplying accurate artwork, dimensions, and specifications. iFlex is not liable for errors arising from customer-supplied files.
• Proofs & approvals: We provide digital proofs for approval before production. Once approved, any errors are the responsibility of the customer.
• Minimum quantities: Certain products are subject to minimum order quantities as specified at the time of quotation.

All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. Quotations are subject to the following:

• Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are based on the specifications provided at the time of enquiry. Changes to specifications may affect pricing.
• All prices exclude applicable taxes and duties unless explicitly stated.
• iFlex reserves the right to revise pricing in response to significant changes in material or production costs.

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Standard terms are:

iFlex reserves the right to withhold delivery of goods until full payment has been received. Ownership of goods passes to the customer only upon receipt of full payment.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, material availability, and courier performance. iFlex is not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

• Lead times: Standard production lead times are provided at the time of quotation and begin once artwork is approved and payment is received.
• Shipping costs: Delivery charges are calculated separately and will be included in your final invoice. Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch.
• Damaged goods: Claims for damaged or lost goods in transit must be reported to iFlex within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photographs.
• Cancellations: Orders cancelled after production has commenced may be subject to partial or full charges to cover materials and labour incurred.

All intellectual property rights in content published on our website — including text, images, logos, and design assets — are owned by iFlex Printing & Packaging or licensed to us.

• Customer artwork: You warrant that any artwork or content you supply does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. iFlex accepts no liability for IP infringement arising from customer-supplied files.
• iFlex designs: Any design work created by iFlex on your behalf remains our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which ownership transfers to you.
• Portfolio use: iFlex reserves the right to use completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

iFlex reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
